• Your feedback helps us improve the product for general availability
• Early access is provided free of charge during the testing period
• Features and functionality may change based on user feedback and development

Acceptable Use

DailyBro is intended for personal productivity and task management. You agree to:

• Use DailyBro for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Respect other users and our support team
• Provide honest feedback during the early access period

Your Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all data, conversations, and content you create in DailyBro:

• Your conversations, tasks, and notes belong to you
• We don't claim ownership of your content
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We use your content only to provide DailyBro's features to you

Service Availability

During early access, we aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Your offline-first data remains accessible even during outages
• We'll communicate service issues transparently via email or in-app notices

AI and Machine Learning

DailyBro uses AI to enhance your productivity:

• AI processing helps organize your tasks and notes
• Your data is not used to train models for other users
• You can disable AI features if you prefer manual organization
• AI suggestions are recommendations, not obligations

Pricing and Payments

For early access participants:

• Early access is completely free during the testing period
• We'll announce pricing before general availability
• Early access users will receive special consideration for future pricing
• No payment information is required during early access

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, DailyBro is provided "as is" during early access:

• We're not liable for data loss (though we implement backup systems)
• Use DailyBro at your own discretion for critical tasks
• Our offline-first approach minimizes data loss risks
• We'll work quickly to resolve any issues that arise

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as DailyBro evolves:

• You'll be notified of material changes via email
• Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance
• We'll highlight what changed and why
