Data We Collect

Email Address

We collect your email address when you join our waitlist. This is used solely to:

• Send your TestFlight invitation when your cohort opens
• Provide important product updates and early access information
• Send your personalized setup walkthrough

Usage Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics (Plausible) to understand how you use DailyBro. This includes:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Feature usage and engagement metrics
• Performance metrics (Core Web Vitals)

These analytics are anonymized and do not track you across websites.

Offline-First Architecture

DailyBro stores your conversations, tasks, and notes locally on your device first. This means:

• Your data works even without internet connection
• We can't read your notes or conversations unless you explicitly sync
• You maintain control over what gets synced across your devices

Data Sync and Encryption

When you choose to sync data across devices, we use end-to-end encryption:

• Your data is encrypted before leaving your device
• We cannot decrypt or read your synced conversations
• Encryption keys are generated and stored locally on your devices

AI Processing

DailyBro's AI features are designed to respect your privacy:

• On-device processing for basic task extraction and planning
• Cloud AI only when you explicitly request advanced features
• Your conversations are never used to train third-party AI models

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

• Supabase: For waitlist management and early access coordination
• Plausible Analytics: For privacy-focused website analytics
• Google Fonts: For typography (can be disabled in settings)

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: Export all your data at any time
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data
• Portability: Take your data to any other service
• Correction: Update or correct any information we have
